Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at JAJAFOOK@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exception/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special order or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept hazardous materials, Return of flammable liquid or gas. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.

Refund
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects For sanitary/hygienic purposes, all sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. It is also the law. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • vibrators and dildos
  • douche/enema kits
  • anal toys, beads and plugs
  • cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves
  • gags and ropes
  • lingerie and men's wear
  • lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. While we strive to provide quality products, occasionally an item may be defective. We will only replace for BATTERY OPERATED items with a MECHANICAL DEFECT (or for any shipping errors made by us). NO CREDIT will be given for any "USED" products. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. You must contact us at JAJAFOOK@outlook.com to let us know of the issue. When emailing about a defect, please have the following information ready, your order number along with your name, and the nature of the defect. Please return the items in their original packaging within 15 days after RMA is issued to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be accepted so please keep all packaging for the 15 day return period. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.

Note: More of our quality manufacturers are offering longer warranties and even product exchanges if you have an issue after the sale.

We have hundreds of products on our website. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped/refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
